Heat Sensor Safety Switch - not sure what I need

I am designing a circuit using the Arduino MKR Wifi 1010 and a LiPo battery. This project will be mounted to the outside of the house, where temperatures can be upwards of 100deg F. I want to put a heat sensor on the LiPo to prevent overheating. If the temperature gets to high, I want to completly disconnect the battery from the Arduino using a switch. This should be easy enough to acomplish using some form of IC: when the temp gets to high, the arduino sends a signal to the IC switch to open. The problem is: after the switch is open, the Arduino no longer has power, and there is no way to reset the switch after the battery cools off. What I have in mind is some form of switch that can be opened by a signal from the Arduino, but manually reset like a circuit breaker. Is there such a product?

Is the battery exposed to direct sunlight? What temperature should the switch turn OFF? At what temperature should the switch be reset?

They make thermal switches called thermostats, thermal disks, etc some designed for your temperature range and they do reset when they cool down. Check this link and see if this is what you want.
