In advance, sorry for my poor english, thank you.
I'm building a project in wich I must use 3 Arduino's and a mobile app.
For that, I'm currently communicating the Arduino's with I2C protocol, and I'm trying to integrate the app through a Bluetooh module, but it appears that the Serial communication used by the BT module is blocking the I2C communication.
I'm really new on communication protocols, so I'm sorry if I wrote something wrong.

I don't think that is right at all. A typical bluetooth module runs on serial and is quite divorced from the i2C bus. It sounds rather like you are using some fancy shield that enables you to use bluetooth on I2C. In that event, surely there is a setting that allows you to use bluetooth in the normal manner? Your English is fine!
You're right. I was doing some things incorrectly...
Thanks for the support!
