Help with the wiring to replace 10/100/1000 Ethernet connector with 10/100 connector

I want to replace this part (let's call it A)

With this one. (this is B)

Simply the top part is 10/100/1000 and the bottom one is 10/100 and more easily available.

Pat A have P1 to P10 and part B has P1 to P8, So if I want to replace A with B with the same pin number and left p9 and p10 pin hanging will it work? As the chip i want to connect to have P1 to P10

And for both part, pin P4 & P5 pin is similar and will be connected to GND using a capacitor?

NB: I don't want POE and High speed internet.

This is what my wiring, i don't know if it's correct or not. Please help me out

Your ethernet speed is negotiated between the connected devices, not based on connector type.

Okay, so do you think my connection is correct?

If it works, it is correct.
