all processes owned by firefox..
multiple processes is normal for firefox..
i only had this site loaded when i took the screen shot..
currently just closing my browser every few hours now..

Been keeping an eye on it..
once i get up to a gig, i restart the browser..
but then I ran it all day on firebird under Ubuntu and didn't seem to notice it..
box showing signs is Windows 10..
I'll check on another windows system to see if i can replicate..

There are a few bits of the Arduino site to can add to any blocked lists.
