i have to controle a high voltage voltage of 360V and 430V

i found a sensor of DC has maxi 25V very low voltage

Extreme care is necessary with the voltages you are talking about which are well outside the normal scope of a hobby electronics project. Ensure any solution is adequately isolated from the voltage source you are measuring.
