How can i Interface CMOS video camera with arduino mega or UNO ?

i know different modules are available in the market . but my question is that how can we interface CMOS camera with arduino in order to receive video from camera.

And you got the answer to that, you can't. Now grow up.

You're basically asking how you can strap wings to your car and fly - you can't. Arduino's just aren't powerful enough to handle video.

ok. i got the answer. thanks for help!
but you can give suggestions that which module i should use to transfer my video from a camera ?

"ArduCAM-LF provide live video and real time snapshot
Support both Arduino UNO and MEGA1280/2560 boards ?but not limited to these boards)"

using this obove mentioned ArduCam as it clearly showing in it's specifications, why i can not use this ArduCam to tranmit live streaming wirelessly?
Actually i am already have nrf24L01 and ArduinoMega2560 ,, now i'm confused whether i should go for ArduCam/Arduino EthernetShield or may be some other module?

Can i use arducam in my project for surveillance purposes?
this one?

You are wasting your time trying to solve this problem with Arduino, and it doesn't matter how many times you ask the same question or challenge the answers you are getting - the answer is not going to change just because you want it to change.

If you want to transmit video wireless then there are plenty of ways to do that and none of them involve Arduino.

i want to know what are those plenty of ways of transmitting video wireless.... no one is going to give me suggestion on this topic..

You've told us what your camera isn't, but precious little about what it is

You need to define what your surveillance requirements are.

I am having a digital camera. want to interface it with Any arduino module only for video(surveillance).

i am facing a problem that how should i interface cam with arduino..? no matter of using arducam.
i don't konow that Arducam is good or bad for providing live video.

if you can provide alternate solution of Arduino or any other module .. please do suggest.

I am having a digital camera.

Still a bit light on detail.

I have digital SLRs, with USB, HDMI and composite video outputs.
I have a digital video camera with USB, FireWire and composite video.
I have digital compacts with SD card or USB only.

I'll tell you what.
How about inventing another log in name not too diffrent from the one you have and aske the questin again. You never know maybe some one will give you a different answer next time. After all you have not believed the answers you got from your other log in names.

Good spot, Mike, thanks.(two in one day - you're on fire)
Appropriate action in progress.

Plus a number of cross-posts, now in the bin.

This member seems to have a very similar problem to you, how i interface CMOS camera with ardunio module..? - Networking, Protocols, and Devices - Arduino Forum How can i Interface CMOS video camera with arduino mega or UNO ? - #18 by system - Project Guidance - Arduino Forum
And, would you believe it, they've got the same IP address as you.

So basically you are looking for a wireless video transmitter, is that the issue? Have you looked for this yourself at all? My first search using the obvious keywords turned up over four million hits with a dozen very relevant looking products on the first page.

@maukhan028 - that's about the sixth thread you have started on this subject or maybe the seventh.

Start one more and I'll delete the thread, ban your account and ban your IP address.

Did you understand that?

Well, Jessica, as your problem is frighteningly similar to both maukhan028, maukh028, and makhan's problem, I have decided to merge all of those threads together.

I warn you though Jessica, you are trying our patience, quite a lot.
