Hello Arduino,
I am having an impossible time getting my Xbee Pro XSC S3B into API Mode. There isn't a firmware drop down that has API attached to it like many of the other devices.
Please help!!

I would also greatly appreciate any knowledge someone could impart on this subject. I've attempted using commands in terminal to switch modes, but none seem to properly take. API Mode 2 preferably.

the +++ returns OK
however: ATAP2 returns ERROR.
What are we doing wrong?

What makes you think your device supports an API Mode? Do you have supporting links or info?
