how i use this lcd with arduino uno !!

  1. Identify the display. Datasheet? Controller?
  2. Look for a suitable display library or write your own code
  3. Put together everyting and make it work

Personal opinion: It looks like a T6963 controller. maybe u8glib will work.
Note: Connect FG and FS with 0V (GND)
Question: Connect 5V to VCC and 0V to GND. Measure the voltage between Vout and GND. Is somewhere between -12V and -18V?
