How prevent starting plugin on boot? How restart a closed plugin?

Hi

How is it possible that the Arduino Create plugin automatically starts? It is not listed under the 'startup items' on mac.

How can I prevent autostarting the plugin? And after I 'kill' the plugin, how can I restart it without restarting my mac?

Another minor annoyance: the plugin is invisible in the task bar, when the mac is in dark mode.
