How to add tram in arduino

I want to add Accel X Accel Y Acell Z and gyro X Y Z in a bus

'tram' is like a bus
i want to add information (Accel X Y Z and gyro X Y Z) to this bus
and send this bus to Another Arduino by 'nrf24'
