I want to change the connections of the leds made in my breadboards to a two pin screw connectors like you can see in the attached image.
The schema 1 is how I have in my breadboard the connection of leds, the schema 2 I am asking if is correct to put the leds in this way. I want to connect leds into two pin screw connectors.

Yes those two schemas are equivalent (at least they would be if you had the same number of LEDs and the pin numbering was the same).

What is puzzling, is your conflation of screw connectors and breadboards. You really need to explain what it is you are trying to put together using what pieces.
I won't use breadboard I will make a PCB, so why, I need to know the connections of 2 pin screw.
