How to connect both file in one code?

No IDE in my current equipment, no dot ino download, so no tips other than read the topic "How to get the best out of this forum" especially how to post code.

Check why the one code uses a high speed; there might be a good reason for it.
Once you understand, you can decide. Or just use the fastest one and adjust the serial monitor (or other terminal program) accordingly.
Or you may need a buffer to store the code. This will only work if the fast side sends bursts and the slow side can accept data continuously.
