How to control android camera recording on/off button etc wireless way from Teensy LC board

Hello,
I want to do actions on my android phone from Teensy LC board wireless way.

  1. When camera is active for video recording. I want to record on/off actions from Teensy board wireless as bluetooth communication. I was using a bluetooth button of selfie stick. But it failed, because if we don't use in 2-3 minutes, button is automatically Power off. Please suggest here if this event can be done wireless from Teensy LC board to my android phone.
  2. If I don't do any action as touch to display for long time (2-4) minutes, my phone display get dim and black, also required phisical touch to screen to wake up and go to camera video recording screen. Here, I also want to wake up android screen from Teensy LC board wireless way.
    Is it possible both actions wireless way, (like Bluetooth communication) without use any cable.
