How to cut 3/6/9mm depron to airfoil shape without hot wire

the title is pretty self explanatory
i got 3mm deplon which if too thin i can stack so i get 6mm and 9mm wings

Don't bother with shaping the foam, use a KFm aerofoil instead. Such an wing is often used in foam RC aircraft

See Kline–Fogleman airfoil - Wikipedia

woa. i never saw smt like that before. thanks!

to be honest. which should i use? like kf2 or 3 or 4

Which you use depends on the application you are using it for. Even a simple one step KFm wing works well enough to fly an RC 'plane at slow to medium speed but you have not given any details of your 'plane

around 280-300 grams chill, non-sporty plane, 30cm long, 5cm height, 7.5cm body width, 52.5 wingspan (22.5cm per wing) a half delta~ish wing, like the picture

sf-50 style engine and 45* V shaped tail wings

If I were you I would use simple one step KFm wing

so 6mm start and 3mm back that goes up?

I am not sure what you are trying to describe but it sounds wrong

Take a look at this and many more videos on Youtube

this will help me, thanks a lot but should i cut the front of the wing to smooth or bend it?

The simplest KFm airfoil consists of 2 flat plates of foam at the front third of the wing with the bottom layer going to the back of the wing. It will work even if you don't shape the front portion

If you round over the front of the double thickness portion by sanding it you will get better performance and even better performance of you make the top of the front portion aerofoil shaped

How much you shape it depends on how much work you want to put into it

I am sorry, but I cannot give you definitive answers

i want it to be a chill plane, not sports nor fast. but still smooth fly experience
