I've been struggling with a library not found issue for 4 days and have received a lot of great assist trying to isolate it, along the way I did a Win10 Uninstall of the Arduino IDE and a re-install and noted that all my prior preferences and libraries were also auto-restored.. along with my problem. So...
I want to save all my sketches to a backup location and then UNINSTALL the IDE again along with any and all references to any built-in or previously installed custom/contributed libraries and anything else that may be causing these pre-compiler errors I'm getting. How do I do this complete un-install please?
We can help with that, but it is probably unnecessary. I have explained the problem in your other thread:
Which Arduino board or boards are you using ?
For standard Arduino boards if you delete, or move, the contents of the libraries folder in your sketchbook folder then all of the libraries that you have installed will not be available and you can install those that you want/need.
For 3rd party board definitions the situation is more complicated as there may be board specific libraries or versions of standard libraries that are not installed in the above location
Yes I tried to fix the library locations just now and still get the same problem/error..
Yes, this is the UNO Board I have selected. it's rev 1.8.5

Would you like to try that again ?
Are you saying that the only board that you use the IDE for is the Uno ?
No, I have been switching and selecting the other 5 boards when I've been compiling code for them individually months ago.. This Elegoo V4 robot actually has an ESP32 in it too but this code I'm having issues with is for the main Arduino UNO R3 clone board they make for everything but the cam and the Wifi APP controller in it.
Hold on a minute !
Why did you start a new topic when your other one on the same subject is still alive and well ?
