How to get a Fritzing pcb fabricated?

Robin2:
However I only have the Fritzing files and I want to get maybe a dozen of them made. It will also be a useful learning experience for me to deal with a PCB fabrication company.

I understand Fritzing appeals to those who have little electronic background. You, on other hand, appear to have a very firm grasp. Eagle CAD is super easy and accepted by many PCB manufacturers.

Below is a link to a series of very educating Eagle tutorials:
Eagle CAD Video

It's worth viewing.

Thanks. I have bookmarked the link for the video so I can view it later today.

What appealed to me about Fritzing was that I could use it with almost no learning. And I may never need to make another PCB.

Yesterday I started wondering if I could mill the pattern into my PCB so I could easily do it myself - albeit slowly. I have the equipment.

Then today reality reared its ugly head when I realized that with all the time I have spent designing with Fritzing and researching associated stuff I could have assembled 20 or 30 Attiny 1634 / nRF24 packages the "hard way" and I may never need more than half a dozen.

So I am putting this idea to bed. Thank you everyone for your helpful input.
