I whant to measure very precisely an angle of an object with respect to the vertical.
The preciion should be of the order of a half degree
Do you know a sensor for that ?
Is there an accelerometer accurate enough ?

If you mean any old surface with respect to "the vertical" being gravity, then an accelerometer is the only way to do it.
If you are measuring with respect to some other vertical solid, then it'll depend on what mechanical arrangement you want... like this ? Digital Protractor
