How to reset ATmega16U2 chip on Arduino Mega 2560?

I want to use the Mega 2560 to send MIDI over USB, but it seems like it doesn't have native USB support, so I have to flash the 16U2 with HIDUINO firmware using Atmel Flix

I have have to reset the 16U2 to put it in DFU mode (Device Firmware Update), but I cannot find the 16U2 reset pin on my Mega clone.

This is how it looks like:

It could be some of the 4 pins labeled "X1", but I cannot find any documentation.

this Mega doesn't have 16u2. it uses a common USB chip CH340

Thank you for the reply. I will get another board that is compatible with MIDI over USB then.
