How to tell the IDE the Pro Micro CPU Speed?

Hi

I have a 3.3V 8MHz Arduino Pro Micro.

Arduino 2.3.2 IDE thinks it's a 16MHz.

How can I tell the IDE the speed of my Pro Micro?

So delays etc will be correct.

Sparkfun sells a 3.3v 8Mhz version of the pro micro, and I think your best option may be to install the boards package for this option.
