How to upgrade SI4732 Board from V1.1.5 using Arduino IDE2.1.0 ?

Dear Sir,

I have set up a radio using Arduino Board SI4732 from Aliexpress. Lately the program always freeze.

The version I am using is V1.1.5. I am thinking of upgrade it to the latest version using your latest IDE 2.1.0 at my PC. I am good at using PC but do not have any programming background.

Is there any step by step screen shot instruction available for me to carry out this task successfully?

Your kind and professional advice and assistance is highly appreciated.

Thank you

I am not confident to do it as the upgrade need to be done on devices that has a later version than V1.1.5

Thanks
