Failed to boot first VL53L0X. I had 3 sensors and I swapped them with each other, once the system even worked, 2 sensors counted the range, but then I swapped the sensors 30 times and an error popped up. i2c scanner sees only one sensor, they don't work separately now. I don't know what caused these problems.
I can take a SWAG and say the sensors have the same I2C address. Post an annotated schematic showing how you have wired it. Also post links to technical information on each of the hardware items.
as @gilshultz suggest you may have a problem with I2C address
the Pololu TOF sensors usualy have a function to change the I2C address which enables multiple devices to be connected - have a look at distance-sensor-recommendation
