Currently I'm working on hear beat monitoring system almost I completed it but I want to add temperature sensor for that can any suggest good Human body temperature detecting sensor for arduino uno.

Are you asking for a medical grade sensor or "fun" grade sensor?

The Melexis mlx90614 works well, and is easy to interface with Arduino.
