I can't close the IDE 2.0.3

After the last IDE 2.0.3 upgrade, que Arduino IDE "loose" the Windows connection and rejects the File Open, File Close and Help About commands. I can't close the IDE on task bar Arduino icon since the menu options was not shown.

I did not recognize the reason yet, since it was working normally.
I suspect the Windows suspension (when a I close the notebook with the Arduino IDE on) is the reason for this problem.

That is the Task Manager status before I forced the Arduino End Task.

I 've never had this problem before.
