I need help in refining this schematic

Welcome. I recommend use a high quality schematic program such as EasyEDA Pro, and port your schematic into it and give each section more room and spread out the wires and their net labels so they are not all crammed close together. EasyEDA Pro has a free online edition so you don’t even need software on your computer, and I found learning it to be easy, and there is a good getting started tutorial that covers all the basics and many of the advanced features in concise videos. No fluff, just learning.

I moved your topic to a more appropriate forum category @chiwenda.

The Nano Family > Nano ESP32 category you chose is only used for discussions directly related to the Arduino Nano ESP32 board.

In the future, when creating a topic please take the time to pick the forum category that best suits the subject of your question. There is an "About the _____ category" topic at the top of each category that explains its purpose.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Style is confusing.

VCC is always at the top.

GND is always at the bottom. (i2s lcd looks odd).

Left is for inputs, right is for outputs, most of the times.

D1 looks weirdly connected in your schematic.

PWR_FLAG = 3V3? I would name that track 3V3 instead.

Caps for decoupling might be placed somewhere else for a neat schematic.

Something like this:

Welcome!
Congratulations it appears you read the instructions etc on how to use this forum.

You did a nice job on the schematic but it is hard to follow because of size.

If you are looking for another CAD program you can also download a full non restricted version of KiCad for free. They will probably ask for a non mandatory donation. It is a complete package. I use it from schematic capture to generating the Gerber files for printed circuit boards. Download | KiCad

Don't put text on top of symbols or wires, it makes it totally unreadable. I suggest you spend some time learning how to use KiCAD before you do anything serious.
