I upgraded to 1.6.4 IDE and my ATMEL AVRISP MKII will no longer function..
created new device with inf-wizard.. did not resolve issue..
Does the MKII no long function with 1.6.4 worked flawlessly prior to upgrade.. still operates as well on 2nd PC running IDE 1.0.5 r2
