IDE issue

Hello to everybody,
I have just copied the working IDE files to another PC I own, but in the new one, once I tried to run the file 'arduino.exe' I get the following error:
"The application was configured to use a bundled Java Runtime Environment but the runtime is missing or corrupted"
see the attachemnt.
What happened ? How could I fix this issue ?

You can't just move applications installed with an installer between computers (this is true of almost everything, not just Arduino - if there's an installer, you probably can't move it.)

Instead, use the zip file download - that you can just decompress on the other computer, and it will work.
