IDE Question from a rookie

I have both an Arduino Uno and RPi 4 (thank you Santa) and want to use the RPi to write, compile and upload my programs for the Audrino. I have successfully navigated getting Audrino IDE on the RPi, compiled and uploaded code to the Uno.
I have a slight problem that is more and irritant, but, I'd like to resolve it. When the Sketch Editor screen is up on the RPi. only about the bottom quarter of the menu line is visable and the top three-quarters of the line is cut off. I can still access the menu items, however, I'd prefer that I'm able to read the whole line.
I've tried moving the Editor box as you would with Windows and I'm only able to widen the box but cannot reduce th hight of the box. Is there a way to reduce the verticle size of the Sketch Editor box so I can see the complete top line with the menu items??
Thanks in advance for any help I can get.
Dan
