PC does not recognise Arduino UNO R4 WiFi

Hi I have a copy of the Arduino UNO R4 which I have not yet been able to use as the board is not recognised by the PC (Windows 11). If I try to connect it I get a notification and if I open it the following message comes up: [image] (sorry, the PC is in Italian: the text in the image is a translation) If anyone knows what this problem might be due to I would really appreciate any advice/solution.
