INA 219 showing wrong informations

Hi everyone, I bought a current sensor (INA219) and wanted to test it on my linear actuator. I first used some tutorials on the net and the easiest was a set up using a LED and a battery here's the link (henrysbench.capnfatz.com/henrys-bench/arduino-current-measurements/ina219-arduino-current-sensor-voltmeter-tutorial-quick-start/). The sensor is showing some false results ( 32V and 0.01 mA) when I link the ground port on the arduino to the INA219 ground port. When i follow the sketch on the tutorial, i dont get any results from the monitor... can you help me ?

Thankk you

You need to explain exactly how you've connected it up - that photo seems to lack the actual INA219 module
so its not useful.

Also explain what you'd expect to see v. what you actually see.
