Dear All
I would like to build a device, which is able to measure the infrasonic in a room or house. The reason is, that I would like to see the changes of air pressure as soon as I open a door or a window. I have done a lot of research but now I think I need your help.
Firstly the tools. Do I need a oscilloscope to work on a project like that? If yes, would a product like that (http://www.ebay.com/itm/281321611887?_trksid=p3984.m570.l4456&_trkparms=gh1g%3DI281321611887.N8.S1.M962.R1.TR3) be enough or do I need something better (I'm not sure because of the Bandwidth: 40MHz/ 60MHz/ 100MHz/ 200MHz)? Or can I use the Arduino as Oscilloscope? Do I need an amplifier?
The second step are the hardware requirements. It is realy hard to find some sensors (infrasound, infrasonic, subsonic, etc.). Which is a good sensor for me? Does anyone have done something similar?
What do you think about a selfmade sensor (http://www.transkommunikation.ch/dateien/schaltungen/diverse_tbs_schaltungen/Experimental%20Infrasound%20Detector.pdf )?
Thank you for your support,
regards
