Has any one had a problem with UNO not pulling up the input to 5 volts when using input_pullup. It used to and I have not changed code or hardware at all. It worked for weeks. I turned it back on and the pushbutton was not working. So i check the voltages and get around 1v on the pullup without being connected to anything else but meter. It used to read approx 5v. And again nothing has changed from the time it was working until now. Any ideas on what would cause it to not show 5v other than the board is bad?
