Interating GSM Module and DFPlayer mini for voice call

Hello everyone, I have one project where I need to call one number and then play one mp3 file in the microSD card placed in DFPlayer mini.

I am using Arduino Mega 2560, GSM SIM800L, DFPlayer mini [also have MP3-TF-16P if that's gonna work], DC-DC Buck Converter, 1000 µF capacitor, 104 ceramic capacitor, 16GB microSD card, Airtel SIM

Right now I can call but the voice is not being heard! Its blank. Totally empty.

I have kept the similar circuit but nothing works.

If you are trying to duplicate what someone else has done, then duplicate that and get it to work. Only then begin to modify the project with other components and other code. Just doing a similar circuit is asking for problems.
