AirCore Gauges
I got hold of a few Aircore gauges I want to play with. It is the same type as the fuel/temperature gauge in most cars.
But I cannot figure out how to interface to them.
They got 3 pins. Total travel is roughly 90°. Any sugestions.
I found good guides on 4 pin versions, and I got them working fine yesterday. But the 3 pin versions is more tricky.
As mentioned they got 3 pins. There is a resistor across 2 pins. Rhe resistance is roughly 80 Ohms.
The other sets got an resistance on 32o Ohm.
If anyone got a datasheet or a link to a manifacturer that might also be helpfull.
Answering who the manufacturer is as easy as you telling me what color of car my neighbor has. Pictures would help and any markings on it or the source.

Here are some images of the meter.
I got no manifacturer stamped on the meter. Mor any numbers that might help me identify the meter. I guess all major dashbord manifacturer got their own OEM supplier, so the datasheet might be impossible to fine.
The resistance from the center pin to one of the lower pins is 320 Ohm. Across the resistor it is 80Ohm.
The gauge is from a second generation Ford Mondeo. Im using the odometer/Totalizer, and the spedometer. Works like a charm. (The speedometer got 4 pins, and is easy to drive)
