It doesn't look like plug A fits in socket B. (Where "plug A" is 100-220AC and "socket B" says "IN 8V-28V") And from "0.41Wh 2.7V 400F" the 0.41Wh @ 2.7V gives 0.14 hours. How do you get 5V*1A*1hr= 5Wh out of a 0.41Wh cap?
