No, this splice will not fit anywhere. You must secure it and insulate it. This splice is "in the open". The other end of the wires all go to their normal connection.
No... the splice is raw wire. If you have a factory connector on the servo with a female connector, cut one end of a male jumper wire. Raw end goes to the splice, male pin goes to the female connector. Similar with male pin on the ESP8266... cut one end of a female jumper... raw wire to the splice, female connector to the pin on the ESP8266.

@abc765o - This shows the factory connectors for Servos and factor pin for ESP8266... the jumper wires will have one end cut and stripped to splice.
