is it possible to make a nintendo switch controller with a arduino uno? preferably without spending too much money.

Note that it will only work with an Uno that uses the 16U2 TTL-to-USB converter; Uno clones often use a CH340. Unos with 16U2 can be recognised as they have two 6-pin headers.
