Is this how you wire the NRST pin with the proper pull up and pull down resistors?

I am using the STM32F411CEU6 chip and I am just wondering if this a good configuration for the NRST pin. Seeing that the internal pull-up resistor is said to be weak, i though I'd add myself a pull up resistor externally, while having a proper pull down resistor on the side. But Is any of this redundant or wrong? What would REALLY happen if i configure things like this?

I'm just curious why you want to add an external pull-up resistor? And next why you would add a pull-down resistor?

According to the datasheet, the internal-pull-up resistor is between 30k and 50k.
