IVE got a this problem everytime I click UPLOAD

I've got a arduino NANO or Plusivo NANO starter kit and I've looked some tutorials and I did everything good but it dosen't upload
I'm beginner so please help

What have you got the Processor set to in the IDE Tools menu ?

yes its a Atmega238P

Try setting it to the Old Bootloader option

I gather that it worked

Many clone boards use the old bootloader even though the bootloader on the real Arduino Nanos changed many years ago, hence having the option
