I have never seen a character LCD with arabic font.
Either contact a manufacturer if they provide such a display (my first try would be https://www.aliexpress.com/store/1037651 ) or just use an OLED graphics display instead.

there are suppliers in egypt but not in the city where i live which is Al-Gharbia,so i have to order it from other cities
