LCD randomly blanks when relay flips

Hi i have been working on a project that activates a cylinder when a IR laser is tripped and updates an LCD screen to display some info. The cylinder is connected to an arduino uno through a AC relay module. I don't know the exact model, but an image is linked below. The wiring display includes some analogies, for example, the IR light is represented by a LED, the sensor is a switch. Each analogous part has the same input wires as the actual part. The cylinder and connected relay are represented by the stepper motor.

Onto the problem. Sometimes, when the relay trips, the LCD screen goes blank and remains blank, needing to be removed from power to reset it. This system worked fine for a few weeks without issue as i was prototyping, but this issue only just came up as i soldered some wires into place. i have attempted adding diodes to the relay inputs, but even with all of them connected to diodes, the screen will still go blank. Of note is that the issue only occurs when the relay is connected to the AC power source. I would appreciate any assistance on identifying and fixing the issue. thanks

Were you soldering up a powered up circuit?

If so that is one of the best ways of destroying components.

Also you have no power supply decoupling capacitors at all.

This explains it:-

You only have two wires connected to your servo, so that is not going to work.

i didn's solder anything when power was connected. I'll look into the decoupling, thanks

There is no relay in the drawing.

Yeah, i used tinkerCad to make the drawing, and it only had relays, not relay modules. The relay module uses a five pin relay (three outputs: com, NC, NO and two inputs) but the relay modules itself has three inputs, being power, ground, and input. I'm pretty new to a lot of wiring and circuitry, so I found an analogous part to represent it since i didn't know how to make it. The servo shown in the diagram has the same wires into it as the relay module has IRL. The cylinder then has two wires connected to the com and NO spots on the relay module.

A hand drawing will do. It does not need to be "art." Just an accurate drawing that does not need a paragraph explaining missing pieces.
