Hi, can anyone help me add led Light here? I wanna this led to show me a status of IRFZ48N (full brightness when its 12v and no when its closed)
Sorry. Can't understand the picture. How is the 12V positive connected to the MOSFET?

IRFZ48N will not work with 3.3v from ESP32.
Need to use a different MOSFET

Why? It's working fine, fully open 12v, closed 0v.
Then you are very lucky.
The Vgs(th) has a range of 2V to 4V, you just happened to get one with a very low Vgs(th)
The next one you buy may not work,

When i connect it as u post voltage drops from 12v to 2.8v
You mean if you measure beteen the 12 DC and ground you only see 2.8V with the MOSFET off
If that is true then maybe you put the LED in backwards.
