Leonardo nothing happends then connected

Using Arduino IDE 1.x

I just got my Arduino Leonardo from ebay

Nothing happends then i connect it to the USB port, it's not found in device manager.

On the board 'ON' and 'L' lights up. I tried pressing reset serveral times.

I tried it on my laptop and still nothing happends except GREEN ON and Yellow L.

The Ebay seller is shipping a new unit as it's broken.
