Where is your 3.3V coming from, and where is it applied to the board?
You didn't tell me how the board is powered!
Those plastic geared servos can use up to 800ma, each. The Uno does not have the capacity to power the servos.
Planning to use 12V, or are using 12V?
All your responses about power are in the future tense. I'm not interested in that. Your problem is in the present, so what are you presently using?
