lm35 Analog temperature cannot send a data through bluetooth hc06

i have been try to send a data to android phone using a bluetooth. but when i connect to my phone to bluetooth i can't receive any data. Can anybody tell why this happen to me. here i put my arduino code.

We have no idea how the bluetooth device is connected to the Arduino. We have no idea whether your phone and the bluetooth device are paired. We have no idea what is actually happening. We have no idea what application on your phone is supposed to read the data.

So, no we can not tell you why the mysterious application on your phone can not receive data from the Arduino.

I am sorry. I use MIT App Inventor to build my application. For you information my phone can connect to a bluetooth but i i can receive any data form arduino. Here i put my code block for my android application.
