If you mean the Sketch Data Upload I believe that you cannot do this with IDE 2.x

@ptillisch is that still the case ?

You can still do it with IDE 1.8.19 and the oder older version can be installed in parallel with 2.x

I have a display on ESP32. I will see a picture on this display. A instruction said, I must loaded the picture to ESP32. Not over the normal upload function.

Is that not possible under IDE2.3.2 ?!!?

No. An extension has been created that adds the capability to Arduino IDE 2.x, similar to the Tool used to add it to Arduino IDE 1.x:
