Looking for best GSM module

I am working on an GPS tracker with GSM and are looking for an GSM module that uses low current.
It needs to be small.

I have been looking at SIM900, Quectel M95, Ublox SARA-G3/LEON-G1 and Telit.

Do any of you know what module I can use?

SIM800? Low power will always be an obstacle though.

Was thinking about SIM800 but going more for M95.

Any one buy stuff from http://www.mikroe.com ??
