oh please ! don't underestimate your intelligence/skills...
the candle-like-lights are just trivial, just 3 leds, 3 resistors + arduino + battery.
if you get efficient ones, you won't even need transistors to power them.
there's code for random numbers in the reference guide, there are examples for how to use analogWrite(pin,value) to dim leds.
and you'll have much more fun if you make it work yourself.
get the hardware and come back for asking questions
