Hi,
That solenoid is a PULL TYPE with spring return, it is not direction controlled by the direction of current through it.
Activating it will always make it pull in against the spring.
AliEpress sell them as 6V, 12V and 24V units, and typical Chinesium, can't tell their PUSH from thier PULL.
Their description is just as usual a load of rubbish interspersed with the odd bit of valid data.
