Lucky Light 16x32 RGB Matrix

So I told my brother-in-law (25+ year EE) I was interested in learning Arduino so he went to a Microcenter and bought me a Lucky Light P6 16x32 RGB Matrix 420B. I told him I had NEVER even seen an Arduino and should probably start with the single flashing LED project (I'm a 20 year software developer with hardly any electronic hobby experience). He assured me it was easier than I thought and he was correct!

Some quick Googling and there was no library or a LuckyLight 16x32 Matrix?! I found a similar Matrix by Adafruit and downloaded the libraries and wiring instructions ( How the Matrix Works | 32x16 and 32x32 RGB LED Matrix | Adafruit Learning System ). After loading one of their example .inos and debugging my wirings and grounds about 3 times (couple of hours), voila!

A few code changes and I had a disco dance floor (video here Arduino Disco fingers - YouTube). Really impressed with the support and capabilities of the Arduino and can't wait to move on to other projects!

Good to hear you have been successful. But Bar Sport is a strange place to post it. Most stuff here is just rubbish

First time posting. After reviewing the other forums rubbish seemed about what this was.

I thought you said you got it working to your satisfaction and were pleased with it and yourself.

Or have I totally missed some sarcasm?
