Macro photography

Well, I discovered that my digital camera has a macro photography setting, so I got a tripod and had some fun! I took a hi-res image of my Duemilanove among other interesting things. Here are the highlights:

Arduino Duemilanove

A playing card

An old floppy disk

A breadboard

A $10 bill

I took 89 pictures in all (:O), maybe I'll get around to hosting them all eventually.

Last, but not least, Transistor man ;D!

Feedback?

maco mode is really nice, on my old 2mp camera its the best mode for anything less than a foot away, and using a tripod is handy, mine is just a 1$ tabletop model, which would be great if I had some more tabletop lol

PDR*.JPG's are some macro shots

nice. a good way to take notes of some projects.
I advice to have a white glossy sheet under the pictures: everything becomes professional ::slight_smile:

On the $10 bill, you should have gotten the microprint in the pic!

stick a magnifying glass on top of the camera lens and you can

I've tried that with a camera at my house, and it didn't work.
